With over 9 years of experience in the Fitness Industry, Natalie is a lifelong fitness enthusiast, she has spent her life pursuing her passion and, in the process, has achieved multiple certifications in fitness. Natalie started her journey in early 2017 and has been awarded senior KB Coach. She specializes in Kettlebell Training but also incorporates other training tools and methods into her routine. She received her formal training in Kettlebells two years ago under IKFF Kettlebell Coach Steve Cotter. Her mission is to promote a non-dogmatic and explorative approach to training.
