With 80+ sessions, 5 days, 20+ international presenters, a business summit, teens fitness & nutrition conference, personal training and small group training conference and pre & post summit CEC courses with REPs points available throughout, 2019 was our biggest hyear to date! We had over 1,000 personal trainers, group fitness instructors, club/studio owners and managers, mind-body professionals, nutrition experts and teenage fitness influencers from all around the world come together over the weekend to take away learnings and new tools that they can use to truly effect and help the region make inspirational changes in fitness and wellness in their communities in the years to come.

THE 16TH ANNUAL PT SUMMIT WAS OUR BIGGEST YET. WE HAD OVER 20+ EXPERT SPEAKERS FROM ALL CORNERS OF THE FITNESS INDUSTRY. TOPICS COVERED MOVEMENT, STRENGTH, PERFORMANCE, HOLISTIC HEALTH, NUTRITION AND BUSINESS. AS WELL AS SOME PRACTICAL OUTDOOR SESSIONS FROM LULULEMON, MUSCLETECH AND MEFITPRO.
IT WAS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN FROM THE INDUSTRIES BEST!

2019 PLAYED HOST TO OUR 3RD ANNUAL TEEN SUMMIT. WITH OVER 600 TEENS AND 20+ SCHOOLS IN ATTENDANCE. PRACTICAL SESSIONS INCLUDING SKILZ, ANIMAL FLOW AND YOGA WERE MIXED WITH SESSIONS FROM EXPERT SPEAKERS.
